The natural spelt pillow is, as the name suggests, filled with spelt husks. The neck pillow doesn't just soothe countless aches and pains, it also helps you naturally relax and fall asleep.
Organic spelt husks. They are cleaned, purified and heated to 70°C. Then they are used to fill Spelt pillows. 100% natural cotton pillow case, zip fastening.
Spelt husks are 90% silicic acid and have health benefits for the organs. Connective tissue wouldn't exist without this acid. There's a reason why people used to put their kids to bed on straw mattresses.
The natural spelt pillow's soft filling provides tailor-made comfort: it hugs the shape of the head and provides good support to the neck even if you have a restless sleep. It stays in shape whilst you sleep. It "breathes" so it controls temperature and humidity to stop you sweating whilst you sleep.

This handy natural pillow barely needs any upkeep. Change the spelt filling every three months to get the most out of your spelt pillow. For the ultimate in comfort, when you change the spelt filling make it 1.5kg. You can either put 1.5kg of new spelt in or keep 500g of the old spelt and add 1kg of new spelt with our 1kg spelt bag.
