1| Prices
The prices of our products are given in Euros. They include VAT, but not shipping costs. All orders are payable in Euros only. LACO reserves the right to modify prices at any time. But the products will be billed on the basis of the price given when the order is made.

3| Confirming the order
Once you have filled your shopping basket, click on the "Confirm the order" button. This will be your "signature", confirming your purchase order and your full and unreserved agreement to the present general terms and conditions.
4| Availability
Products are on sale within the limit of available stocks.
5| Delivery
Your parcel is prepared for shipment within 2 days of the order being received. It will then be shipped either using Colissimo Suivi and delivered within 48 hours by the Post Office, or using Mondial Relay and delivered between 48 and 72 hours to the pick-up point of your choice.

Free shipping for orders of 125 Euros or over including VAT in France only.
6| Payment
6.1| On the internet
Purchases can be paid only by bank card (Visa, Master Card and other debit cards), PayPal and cheque.
6.2| By telephone
Purchases can be paid by bank card (Visa, Master Card and other debit cards) or by cheque.
6.3| By post
Purchases are paid by cheque.
7| Satisfied or your money back
The product will be exchanged or refunded, no questions asked, if you return it to us within 15 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be made as soon as the parcel arrives on our premises. The product must be returned complete and in good condition.
To return an item, please call us on 03 88 513 000 or contact us via the contact form. We will then send you a free Mondial Relay label for the return.
8| Changing your mind
Customers have a period of fifteen (15) days to change their mind about an article with no questions asked and at no extra charge. The period of fifteen days begins from the date of reception of the articles. Customers then have fifteen (15) days after the initial request to return the parcel to LACO. The cost of returning the items is paid by LACO, and all returns are shipped by the Mondial Relay transporter. If you change your mind about a purchase, please complete this form: Cancellation form.
Refunds will only be made on products returned in their original packaging. The total refund on returned products will be made after we receive the parcel on our premises.
9| Mediator
To resolve a dispute, please send us your complaint by telephone, letter or by completing the contact form. One month later, if the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction, you can contact the mediation service VIVONS MIEUX ENSEMBLE simply and free of charge by uploading your file to www.mediation-vivons-mieux-ensemble.fr or by post (include your e-mail address, phone number and the written complaint) to MEDIATION - VIVONS MIEUX ENSEMBLE - 465 Avenue de la Libération 54000 NANCY
