Your order is prepared the same day (except Saturday/Sunday) or the following day. It is then shipped using Colissimo Suivi. Orders are delivered to your home by the Post Office within 48 hours anywhere in France.

TO A PICK-UP POINT

Your order is prepared the same day (except Saturday/Sunday) or the following day. It is then handed over to Mondial Relay and delivered to the pick-up point of your choice within 48 hours. You will receive an email or text message (if you have given us your mobile phone number) informing you that your order has arrived at the pick-up point. You can then pick up your order (please bring identification)..
