The Novaclean ceramic laundry egg:

Replace detergent with ceramic pellets!

This soap-free laundry egg saves you money on detergent, softener, limescale remover and limescale granules plus you throw out (or collect) detergent-free water. The refillable model works two ways: ceramic + magnetic.

How does it work?
The Novaclean egg contains ceramic beads which emit infrared rays to increase the energy-producing molecular movement of water when your washing machine starts spinning. This means a better wash, fabric absorption and cleaning capacity.
The magnets at either end of the pellet also create a magnetic field that neutralises any airborne limescale. No limescale means water can dissolve dirt even better.

Top tip: connect your washing machine's waste pipe to a water butt and use the pure water (no detergent or softener) to water your plants, clean the car and more.

The Novaclean laundry egg is suitable for machines with up to 4kg of laundry. We recommend using 2 laundry eggs in excess of 4kg of laundry. For use at up to 70°C. 500 washes. You can then refill your egg with new ceramic pellets.

Instructions:

  1. Put the laundry egg in the drum of your machine in the middle of your laundry.
  2. Use your regular cycles.
  3. Put the machine on. For more than 4kg of laundry, we recommend using 2 laundry eggs.
  4. Remove crisp and clean laundry at the end of the cycle.
  5. Leave your egg in sunlight for an hour every month so the ceramic pellets can absorb the sun's natural infrared rays and refuel.

The Novaclean egg has been tested by a clerk:

We do recommend applyingLaco Special Soap for some stubborn stains, just as you would when using detergent.
