Despite the current situation, it is still made in Syria using the traditional olive oil and laurel bay leaf oil recipe.
Olive oil softens and soothes skin. It does not leave skin feeling dry or irritated. Laurel bay leaf oil has antiseptic properties.
Aleppo soap is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. Moisturises and soothes dry skin.

This soap is still made in Aleppo, despite the ongoing war in Syria. Since war broke out in 2012, our supplier has had to close the factory but didn't want to cut ties with the Aleppo soap manufacturers. Production began again in 2014 in soap factories in the Aleppo countryside, near the olive groves and away from the battlefields.
